Setacolor Opaque paints are water-based colours specially formulated to decorate most textiles, whether fine or thick, light or dark. Highly opaque, vibrant and concentrated, they deliver bright results with excellent lightfastness. Their rich consistency allows for both bold, solid coverage and watercolor-style effects when diluted.
Extremely versatile, they can be applied to pre-washed fabrics such as cotton, wool, jersey, polyester, velvet, jacquard and blended fibres. Compatible with a wide range of techniques — brush, pipette, sponge, screen printing and stencilling — the colour chart is particularly extensive, featuring pearlescent shades, moiré tones and a unique suede-effect range. The pearlescent colours, formulated with iridescent pigments, offer subtle, elegant shifting highlights.
