Trade Terms 

Minimum trade order £75.00 excluding VAT

We do not allow our products to be sold on Amazon unless otherwise authorised.

Payment Terms

Pre payment is required for the first 3 orders

All goods are supplied on a proforma basis until credit facilities can be established.

To open an account two trade references, a bank reference and company letterhead are required. Payment in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank.

Shipping Terms

For UK Shipping is charged at £5.82 for orders under £150.00. (UK mainland only)

UK orders over £150.00 is carriage free.

Carriage free on orders over £250 (for Highlands, Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands)

International Shipping Terms 

All shipping outside of the UK is at the buyers risk, if the item goes missing, refused by customs or damaged in transit, there will be no refunds

Up to 30 days delivery time

Any liquid items on your order will be removed as we are unable to send liquids.

All Customs and duty charges are the buyers responsibility

Overseas orders carriage at cost. Postage costs are only a estimate cost, if the postage is more we will be required to add this charge on, if it is less we will refund you the different.

Terms - Net Monthly

Early settlement terms available by request only, excludes Credit / Debit Cards

Invoices remaining unpaid after 60 days will incur a 8% charge per month in accordance

with the finance act 1997.

Accounts inactive for one year will be automatically closed.

Product development and supply considerations may necessitate changes in price and specification without notice.

Claims for loss, pilferage or non-delivery cannot be entertained unless particulars are sent to us and the carriers within 10 days of date of notice.

No merchandise returns will be accepted without our prior authorisation.

A 15% handling charge will be made on returned orders that were correctly despatched. Prices and VAT will be charged at the rate prevailing on the date of despatch.

Whilst the risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, until the goods are paid in full, they remain the property of The House of Handicrafts Ltd. Access will be granted upon request.

All sizes and weights quoted in this catalogue are nominal and the name Silver and Gold are colours, not materials. Prices are current at date of publication, but may vary due to circumstances out of our control. All savings are quoted against single unit prices.
